RICK’S LASTEST WORDS – SUMMER 2010

Love:

We live in a very stressful day and age due to the lack of one very powerful word, love.

Webster defines love as a deep and tender feeling of affection for or attachment and devotion to a person or persons, a feeling of brotherhood and good will toward other people.

To be loved is an incredible and beautiful feeling. When I think of love I am reminded of this old Sunday School song:

“Jesus loves me this I know, for the Bible tells me so

Little ones to Him belong, they are weak, but He is strong.

Yes, Jesus loves me, yes Jesus loves me, yes Jesus love me

The Bible tells me so.”

What a powerful song! To be loved by the Heavenly Father who cares unconditionally for each and every person in the world is truly mind boggling.

Tell someone you love them and truly mean it. Remember John 3:16? Now that is love beyond compare!
